📱MOBILE APP UPDATE📱 Hey ritestreamers, a quick update on the mobile app status... Store Listings We are aware that the app is currently only available in a handful of locations using the official store link, including: Australia, UK, Germany, Dubai and Singapore. Why? After consulting with numerous third parties to check our setup - in short, it appears there is a delay in regional approvals for the app that is currently ‘in status’. Exactly what triggered this, we are unsure, right now, our aim is to continue to find a solution. So, what does this mean? Well, we’re somewhat in the hands of Google - to see these changes permeate, globaly. We are in contact with their support - which is proving slow due to the sheer volumes of requests their teams are witnessing - and will aim to have resolved at earliest possible occasion. TLDR: Store Approval Issue Impacting Global Access. Available Content For those of you in the regions that can access the store listing (or, you know, using a VPN), you will now see that the volume of content has expanded and will continue to populate throughout the week. Again, as always we ask that you bear with us as we get the app up to where we want it to be and beyond.
